Transit of Mercury 2019: On 11 November 2019, between approximately – UTC, NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory observed Mercury transiting the Sun. A transit happens when a planet crosses in front of a star. The next transit of Mercury will be visible from Earth in 2032.
