Stupid dog whisperer who couldn’t even control his own dog!!!

A dog whisperer in South Africa took his Rottweiler to a busy restaurant where things went out of control. According to sources he is a self proclaimed dog whisperer who goes to people’s houses and train their dogs for them. After looking at this video we could only say that his training methods will only make the situation worse for the dog owners rather than making it better.
