A little backstory about the piece; the first part, is actually from an aria from the opera Lakme- Delibes. I grew up obsessed with this opera, and would listen to it constantly. The folk song, ой да не будите, is a song my mother and I would always sing around the campfire, and its a song incredibly dear to me for this reason. I decided to mix these two songs together; a song from my childhood and an aria I adore. I am also grateful for @flaviocuccurullo_composer who helped bring my idea to life with his amazing orchestration. THANK YOU. I could not have done this without you. Hope you all like it
