We are happy to present you our newest 10 Hours of Deep Sleep Music Video. The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing background atmosphere for you to fall asleep as quick as possible. We used binaural beats mixed subtly and periodically with the music to target Delta Waves (continuous binaural beats sounds tend to saturate the ears leading to headhacke). Delta brainwaves, mimicking the sleep state, allow you to rejuvenate both your mind and body, regenerating the needed chemicals you up use while awake. Reaching a deep level of relaxation, you can easily rejuvenate your body and mind, ridding them of stress. A simple trick to fall asleep fast: Take a moment to relax before you go to sleep. Turn off the lights and start taking few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter fade away as you lay down in your bed. Breath in... breathe out... repeat until you fall asleep.
