Chechnya - Dudayev’s Men Take Opposition Soldiers

Chechen security ministry said Sunday (27/11) more than hundred opposition soldiers were captured after the failed attempt to topple President Djokhar Dudayev. Government officials claim 68 prisoners are Russian servicemen. Chechen President spokesman said if Russia cease its involvment in Chechen civil war, all Russian prisoners would soon be released.
