An Advanced Forrest Yoga asana demo by Finlay Wilson, a Forrest Yoga teacher from Dundee, Scotland. The demo took place at a fundraising event for a youth worker on March 1st 2014. This demo celebrates achievement over physical difficulty and the belief that anything is possible when you apply yourself.
