That’s the question many fans are asking and thanks to an interview from MTV with one of the producers on S-G’s upcoming release, we’re getting some answers. According to producer Jason Evigan, who is one half of the music making team Suspex, Selena QUTOE “didn’t really want to talk about the Justin stuff too much in he music. She didn’t didn’t want to bash him.“ In fact, Evigan adds that Selena never even wanted to write songs about him. The producer actually worked Selena on the leaked track “Rule the World,“ which for the record we hear may not even be included on her album, and about that song, he explained that singing about Justin Bieber specifically was not her plan of action. Instead, the song is meant to be empowering for girls out there who might be dwelling on a break-up or broken heart. The song is meant to relate to girls of all ages in a positive, upbeat but serious way. Selena will be officially premiering her first single from the new full-length album, Come and Get It, on April 8th on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, and we will be keeping you in the loop the whole time.
