Heres a really great butt and leg workout for a sexy round butt and really nice athletic thighs. Round 1 Exercises: Kick-Backs with ankle weights, 30 stepping back lunges, 40squats. Rest 2 min. Round 2 Exercises: 50 side to side hops, Side Step Lunges with 10lbs 20 per leg, 40 squats. 2 Min Rest. Round 3: Kick-backs to the side with ankle weights. Repeat 2-3x per day 3-4x per week.
