Milling the upper body section of a replica Brian May Red Special electric guitar using a Stepcraft 2/840 CNC machine with an industrial HF spindle from StoneyCNC. Feed rate 2,000 mm/min Plunge rate 120 mm/min Spindle speed 20,000 rpm. Depth removed per pass mm on both the roughing and finishing passes. Total cut time 1 hour 50 minutes (9 m 20 s for the upper face and 1 h 40 m for the lower face). Recorded with a Canon Powershot G15 camera which limits the file size to 4 GB.
