Ingredients:
200 g rolled oats / 2 1/4 cups.
pinch of salt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp carob powder/ or cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 g baking powder / 1 teaspoons.
2 g baking soda / 1/2 teaspoon.
210 ml orange juice / 4/5 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 ml maple syrup / 3 tbsp
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
20 x 8 cm(use smaller if you have)
chopped walnuts
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
