DIY Weight Releasers

Easy to make weight releasers for the home gym. $50 to make this project compared to spending $220 for a set from Rogue. I purchased all my fittings from Home Depot, shop around because the big box stores really vary in price with this stuff. **UPDATE** If you want it to hold more weight take the rubber piece of the end of the clamp and add one to two wraps of hockey tape or similiar to the areas you want the clamp to hold on. I was able to hold 120lbs no issues.
