Footage of the worst typhoon in Japanese history! Typhoon Nanmadol devastates Kyushu!

One of the strongest typhoons in Japanese history hit the island of Kyushu. Typhoon Nanmadol made landfall near the city of Kagoshima on Sunday morning. The typhoon brought heavy rains, storm surges along the coast and strong winds. The wind reached speeds of 190 km/h. In some areas, more than 600 mm of rain fell in just one day. Authorities have issued a special warning for Kyushu, the first issued outside Okinawa Prefecture. The Japanese Prime Minister urged people to evacuate if they feel threatened. At least four million people have been ordered to leave their homes. Ferries, bullet trains and hundreds of flights were cancelled. By Sunday evening, utilities said more than 200,000 homes were without power. Typhoon Nanmadol is currently moving north through Kyushu, bringing massive amounts of rain into the center of the island.
