Tying a shoal rig an alternative to the Alabama rig

This is pretty basic but effective to lure rig to tie and casts far better that anything that came out of a Alabama, It based on an 8g 1/3oz jig head and couple of worm hooks with bait screws. It works because I use a knotless knot to attach the line to bent section of the worm hooks giving a presentation that has more of tendency to stay upright rather than letting the lures spin. I found it works best when the i use paddle tails or wiggle tails of the same type and size and in the case it is 100m or 4inch savage gear paddle tails. Even with the worm hooks slightly exposed tangles are few and far between, but it is best feather the line to the end of cast and, no it will not cast as far as a single lure or as accurate, but that is the price you pay for shoal.
