That’s why I created this video, which is that very type of relaxing smooth jazz music, combined with the sound of gentle ocean waves. In my previous video, “Rain“ () we took some our smoothest soft jazz and combined it with the sound of a gentle rain. That video was so instantly popular that we decided to create another in the series, this time featuring smooth jazz and ocean waves. So imagine yourself relaxing on the beach on a warm and sunny day. Perhaps you’re on vacation so there are no distractions with work or family; it’s just you and the beach and the waves and the breeze and, of course, plenty of your favorite beverage and herb. That, in and of itself, is probably enough to put your mind and body in a deeply mellow groove. But, what if you added some really relaxing and hip smooth jazz to the mix? Ahhhhh, that’s much better. Now, turn down your mind and just relax and let it flow around you. Everything is beautiful in your world right here and right now... What is it about the sound of the saxophone, when it’s played just right, that is so mellow, sensuous, soothing, relaxing, calming, healing and and just plain hip? Some say that the sound of the sax is very close to the sound of the human voice and for that reason it touches us on a very deep level. I say that the sound of the saxophone loves you. It makes you feel good when you hear it. When played just right, the sound of the saxophone embraces and caresses you. It releases endorphins in your brain. It makes you happy. Simply put, the sax just loves you. That’s my theory and I should know; I’m the Doctor of Sax and Love, after all. 😀 I love you, too, and I hope you feel that in my music.
