This Documentary is about a west coast dance crew by the name SWATTEAM captures them between the years of 1992 thru 1997. This crew was responsible for the term Freestyledancing becoming later a popular Hollywood term of use in the dance industry. SWATTEAM was also apart of a West Coast collective called WEST COAST FINEST which included Majestic Movements Vital Minds.
