Restoration of severely damaged first lower molar with indirect resin composite restoration.

Indirect resin composite restorations necessitate a paradigm shift in our restorative procedures. In the first appointment, after caries removal, the abutment is adhesively reconstructed, using simply bonding agent and resin composite. Sub-gingival margins - when present - are relocated outside of the free gingival margin.
