Why I stop sleeping on beds and went to the floor instead

I used to love sleeping on soft beds where I would feel like I’m on a cloud, the fluffier the better. About 10 years ago as I shared in the video, I came to the realization that something was wrong with my body. I wasn’t able to sit, or lay on the ground without pain. From that day on, I decided to get rid of my bed and start sleeping on the ground. My first step to that was sleeping on a whole bunch of blankets because I kept tossing and turning all night when I just try sleeping on the carpet. The more my body got accustomed to being in contact with hard surfaces, the stronger it got. The reason, because when we press against hard surfaces, it pushes into our physical body, allowing our body to release, blockages, tension, and trapped energies just like if you were to go to a massage therapist, who’s doing the same thing with your body or using a foam roller or any other equipment or device that presses into your body.
