In this video we take a deep dive look into the real dresses and fashion history behind the famed Romanov family. The four sisters, the Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria and Anastasia Nikolaevna (“OTMA“), wore gorgeous gowns, many of which have survived and are in museums and exhibitions today. The history behind these gowns, the materials, and the dress designers will be discussed, along with answering some questions about the gowns, such as how they survived and why the Romanov family used fake pearls.
