Kite Flying in Singapore. NTUC Income Children’s Kite Carnivale at West Coast Park 2013. Giant squids, teddy bears & angry birds dotted the skies at this inaugural event for kids. The weather was perfect and it was a great day for families to have fun. Location was near the McDonald’s restaurant and children’s playground off the West Coast Highway.
