Shadow in the Rain — Genshin Impact (Yelan’s theme) Guitar Cover

Well... this came much worse than I expected. Recently died power supply of my HD500 as well with some little leg surgery kinda put me down, so I decided to switch to something else, recording completely new cover using new interface and VST’s, in which I have little experience so far. And this inexperience really shows up when it came to guitar tone. I wanted to record this using only Stratocaster, but lead parts were absolute noisy trash, so I had to use Explorer. Kind of switching roles, but still can’t say for better or worse And this theme... I’m not a big fan of jazz, so this one was really tough to analyze. Anyways, Stratocaster seemed to be best choice of main guitar, ’cause I tried to get maximum clarity of rhythm parts as well as clean sound, but overall tone is still far from good. I guess most fun part of this track is bass, so I had to hurt my fingers a lot while recording Soooo even not happy with results I just decided to upload it as it is while switching back to usual ro
