Single arm shoulder press with legwork Position Tool assumes a push up position, alternatively on the elbows for less impact. Tool places his lower leg on Doer’s shoulder with his other leg intertwined on top. Doer places her hands just below Tool’s knee and squats with a straight and active back. The exercise Doer pushes herself up, using the force of the legs, and presser her arms upwards. Repeat the exercise, keeping an even pace. Change leg for the next set.
