Making a Charcuterie Board from Oak and Padauk and Magic

Charcuterie is French for cold cooked meats. I can’t tell if that means the meat is cooked and then cold, or if its cooked with cold. Ya know, like Walt Disney’s frozen head. We wanted to make a gift for our friend. What better gift than a decorative plank of wood for various meats and cheeses?
