Silat light sparring demonstration with the new PESILAT Silat Tanding /Pencak Silat Olahraga Rules. The rules are current as of 16th September 2020. Some changes may occur in the coming future. Playing with the new Silat Olahraga (Tanding) Tournament rules, where wrist locks, shoulder locks, elbows strikes, clinches and throws are allowed. Strikes (elbows, knees, hands and feet) are only 1 point, I am going for cliches, wrist locks throws, shoulder lock throws, sweeps, and take downs for 3 points. We are taking it light because we are all bertween 35 and 50 yrs old. We are not as agile as we used to be, and at our age injuries could lead to disabilities.
