HOW TO HALO // INSTANT TUTORIALS // BREAKING BASICS

HALO is a ground POWERMOVE and is part of the BASICS. Probably not so basic that you would learn it as your first powermove, but once you got windmill and side freezes down it would be good to start practicing your halo’s too. Pay attention to your swing in your legs and flex your feet, like Rico’s explaining. If your comfortable doing it from your side freeze position, you can try and do it in a combo like ’Windmill to Halo’. Your wrist will go through a rough time so stretch it out. And just like practicing all the other powermoves, you need to do it a couple times a day and you’ll get it.
