After a little over a year of production, this track feels like a culmination of everything I’ve dealt with over the past 12 months of my life. Throughout my private silence, my public outbursts, and my personal life, I’ve been cultivating my musical talents so that you all would hear nothing but the best I can make. It’s truly a good feeling knowing that so many of you all continue to support me and my work as an artist, and I hope that I have successfully woven this into the lyrics I’ve written for this track, sung by the amazing Gabriel “Blackgryph0n“ Brown. This song is about wanting to be the best and doing what it takes to get there, a sentiment echoed throughout humanity but sometimes simultaneously looked down upon as arrogance. I felt that Gabe was the perfect guy to work with for this because of his awesome talent and voice, as well as his experiences with similar ideals.
