[Test2]MTA - Mario Kart Gamemode

This is a new gamemode for GTA San Andreas modifikation “Multitheftauto“. Some parts doesnt work correctly at the moment, but its in a very alpha state, so beware. :) Currently i have 17 maps, 5 finished maps and 6 were started. All objects i need were converted into GTA formats. At the moment i started to implement some of the items. All maps were converted by myself so all will have same quality.
