The Yuval Ron Ensemble

“The Lost Soul of Spain: Music and Dance of the Sephardic Jews“ was presented by the Yuval Ron Ensemble at the Museum on February 18, 2009. With Vocalist Najwa Gibran, Israeli-Moroccan dancer Maya Karasso, Israeli-Tunisian singer Smadar Levi, and other special guests Featuring Hebrew and Ladino songs from Morocco, Andalusia, Bosnia, and Israel, this event was a preview of the concert that will be performed at the upcoming 2009 International Sacred Music of Fez Festival.
