Collecting & Preserving Summer Apples From Start to Finish 🍏

The early July apples are ready for picking. This yellow transparent apple tree has seen some damage over the last few years, but it has provided my family with delicious sauce and cider this summer. In this episode, I harvest apples and cook them into applesauce, an old-fashioned applesauce cake, and begin the fermentation of apple cider vinegar. These delicious homegrown apples will be enjoyed all winter long! ✨ Hi, I’m Kayla and welcome to my cozy fantasy world of cooking! These soothing ASMR sounds and gentle music will transport you to my cottagecore kitchen and hobby farm on the Iowa prairie with my cat and chicken friends.
