As the song develops, the song highlights the struggle of how this affects her daily life while trying to remain stable. The song allows the audience to see visually and listen audible to the young woman becoming older and how her diagnosis moulds her. The song twists on each section, bringing in headbanging instrumental backing, allowing the vocals to portray the pain internally. The song was written to ensure everyone knows THEY ARE NOT ALONE.
