Until then, please check out all the amazing fanart in the google drive below. — Conceptually, Dovewing has always been a fascinating character to me. Told about her part in a prophecy at an early age, she was distanced from her Clanmates, feeling like she never quite fit in. Throughout her life, she struggles to live up to the expectations placed upon her by both herself and the cats around her. This MAP seeks to explore her attempts to live up to those expectations—up until she can’t take it anymore. These expectations are symbolized by golden, oozing nectar. As she struggles to focus on the cats around her after returning from her journey, nectar gets caught on her paws, symbolizing how she can’t seem to escape her feelings of inadequacy.
