This is an AI upscaled version of Nirvana’s ’Heart Shaped Box’ music video. The video was sourced from this youtube video by “RareNirvana“ which was recorded from the ’Sonic Highways Documentary’ by The Foo Fighters. I’ve had a long passion for both Nirvana and IT stuff so I decided to combine my passions. I used the best possible footage I could find of Nirvana and passed it through the ’Topaz A.I Gigapixel’ software which uses AI to upscale the footage instead of just blurring it like regular upscalers do. I also made sure to use a dedicated YouTube video downloader instead of those you find online which compress the videos too much. The one I used doesn’t compress the video at all and retains all of the visual information. You can compare “RareNirvana’s“ video to mine to see how much it improved the footage.
