Read the full recipe on 1. Spread the puff pastry sheet onto a flour-dusted surface. 2. Cut a rectangle of 10x15. In the upper part, cut two isosceles triangles for the Nomes’ heads. 3. Put a spoonful of chocolate hazelnut spread in it, then a spoonful of peanut butter on top of it. 4. Put the second triangle on top of the first one and pinch the sides to seal it. 5. In the bottom part of the rectangle, cut a medium sized rectangle and two little rectangles. Put them under the Nomes’ head to create the body and legs. 6. At the base of the Nomes’ head, cut a hole with the point of a knife. It will allow steam to escape while baking. 7. Brush the Nomes with egg wash. Make sure to brush all the parts so they stick together. 8. Bake for 15mn at 200°C. Like us: https://www.
