This is called “Thy Kingdom Come“ and you hear part of the instrumental of the song, “The Lord’s Prayer“ that says, “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done“ from Jonathan Butler on the guitar. The singers softly sing, “Forever and ever, Amen.“ Then Kirk Whalum plays the saxophone and then George Duke plays the piano. At the beginning of the video that this clip comes from, Kirk Whalum talks about their struggle to create the song and Tyrone was playing a tune on the piano and Kirk Whalum said, “Hold on!
