ARAB on RADAR generated more energy and more hysteria than any other band of their time. Their music was a sonic assault-powerful and cathartic. defining the band as “No Wave“ was often an ill attempt to explain to describe a sound so new it had no frame of reference. At the height of their popularity ARAB on RADAR abruptly disbanded, leaving many wondering who and what they really were.
