Welcome to Fluidity Unleashed, where we take your mobility to new heights! In this 37-minute advanced level session, we combine the power of yoga and animal flow to unlock the full potential of your body. So, let’s dive right in and get those muscles moving!
We start with a warm-up sequence, gently stretching and waking up our muscles. Feel the tension melt away as you flow through familiar yoga poses, focusing on controlled movements and deep breaths. This is the foundation for what’s to come.
Throughout the session, remember to listen to your body and modify the movements as needed.
