How to make a Dukes Martini with Mr Paul Feig | MR PORTER

Mr Paul Feig is a man with many strings to his bow. He’s directed some rather well-known Hollywood films – Bridesmaids and Ghostbusters to name two. He is also something of a fashion aficionado, with a particular penchant for suits (find out more in our video about his wardrobe, here ). And he can make a mean martini (the proper way). In this video, Mr Feig shows us how they make martinis at Dukes in Mayfair, the London bar made famous by Mr Ian Fleming. Spoilers: you don’t use ice, and you have to throw the vermouth onto the carpet. You will need: 1 martini glass Dry vermouth Plymouth gin, ice cold 1 Amalfi lemon
