President Putin meets with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Moscow Dec 27 2022 Re: Artsakh

This video is in the Russian language. President Putin welcomes Prime Minister Pashinyan and they discuss the illegal blockade of the Christian Armenian population of Artsakh by terrorist Azerbaijan. Both agree that this situations needs to be resolved quickly. Pashinyan reminds Putin that Azerbaijan signed the peace agreement in 2020 which clearly states the road between Armenia and Artsakh will remain open to all traffic. Azerbaijan has broken this agreement and the Russian peace keepers must take action to open the road as soon as possible.
