Antique Rusty Axe Restoration

Old rusty axe restoration. I’ve bought this hatchet online and the eye was broken, so I had to weld it. Since the axe was already damaged I saw no point into trying to restore it to it’s original shape, so I decided to turn it into a short hatchet. Most of the restoration is rust removal and shaping the hatchet using the angle grinder.
