UNCOVERING THE DIRECTOR’S ALBUM Previously unseen images of Titanic’s launch and departure are contained within this album which was owned by John W. Kempster, a senior engineer and Director at Harland & Wolff. The album begins with the Kempster family travelling to New York as passengers during Olympic’s maiden voyage in 1911.
