Robotic Automatic UV Hard Coat IR UV Curing Line for Headlamp PC Lens

This equipment is an automatic spray coating line for applying UV hard coating to the outside surface of automotive headlamp PC lens for convention and LED head lamps. Conveyor System: chain conveyor with proper pitch and universal fixture controlled with VFD to set variable speed ranging from 1m/min to 4m/min. Conveyor will be of closed loop transporting through ambient flashoff, IR convective flashoff, UV zone and part unload location. IR Convective Oven is the secondary zone after ambient flashoff. Oven should be of ISO Class 7 Clean Room with closed loop type. UV curing oven with arc based UV lampps of closed loop type cooling. UV lamp is mounted down with platform to adjust UV lamp angles in X, Y and Z direction. UV light intensity is adjustable.
