Strasbourg orchestra played the Azerbaijani anthem just like a funeral march!

On 13th of November 2014, during the ceremony of passing the chairmanship in Committee of Ministers of Council of Europe from Azerbaijan to Belgium Strasbourg orchestra played the Azerbaijani anthem just like a funeral march!
