Just like most people there, I was inspired to go there from the movie “The Beach” with Leo Di Cap- bro. I absolutely loved the first half of that movie. Almost exactly in the middle of that movie, well I won’t spoil it for anyone who hasn’t seen it, but shit goes down and it’s not the paradise it once was…I kinda gravitated towards the first half of the movie where a bunch of travels created a utopian community on the perfect island. It’s fun to think about at least… so much for me that I have always really wanted to go to Maya Bay where the film was shot.
