Last year for my birthday, my girl @Lizzy Mathis treated me to a full blown spa day 🧖🏽‍♀️✨🧘🏽‍♀️🛁 Let me tell ya, not many can get me out of my comfort zone like this bish! Between Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Float Therapy, IV therapy - we literally did ALL the things - some of which I clearly preferred more than others 🤣 But seriously, I’m so grateful - nothing beats a full day of hangs with some of my favorite people 🙏🏽 Thank you Lizzy for the best day, boo 💖 Can’t wait to see what you have up your sleeve this year 🤪 If you’re into all things wellness too, please share your faves below!
