Tales of Arise - All Astral Flower Locations (CP Upgrades)

There are 31 Astral Flower Locations in Tales of Arise. Each one gives you 10CP (CP is used to cast healing spells during combat). Having more CP makes long boss battles much easier. 19 come from defeating Gigants, 2 from Sub-Quests, 10 from winning Training Grounds: Group Battle Ultimate Challenge. Recommended Guide Use: - Finish the Story first, defeat whatever Gigants you find along the way - After the story, use this guide to mop up what you have remaining. The reason being, that most of the Gigant-related Sub-Quests are unavailable on 1st visit to the respective areas. You’re gonna have to do a lot of backtracking. If a quest is unavailable, it means you must advance the story further and have to complete other sub-quests first. Hence, it’s best to finish the story first so that you have access to all areas. All 70 Sub-Quests in the game can still be done after the story, none of them are missable!
