Canary Islands cruise! Malaga! Excursion to El Torcal Natural Park, Antequera and Malaga by night

December 9, 2022 - Our NCL cruise ship Norwegian Sun arrives in Malaga, a city in southern Spain. We bought a circuit to visit the exceptional place “El Torcal“, located 50 km north of Malaga. This vast area is covered with huge stones, carved naturally by erosion. This place was inhabited by people 4000 years ago and the found objects are exhibited in the museum of this place. Unfortunately when we arrived the place was covered in heavy fog. However, we were able to follow the marked path and appreciate the beauty of the place. Then we went by bus to the town of Antequera, located a few kilometers to the north. We visited this very beautiful and ancient Andalusian city and took advantage of our free time to visit a unique place with dolmens. We got back to the boat quite late, had a quick meal and decided to do a night trip around Malaga, walking along the beautiful illuminated promenade. We really enjoyed this day of walks through the interesting city of Malaga and the exceptional sites of this Andalusian region. #norwegiansun #ncl #malaga
