The intense itch and the resulting scratches caused her skin to be inflamed

LITTLE STEPS MATTER found Maria while they went from house to house registering animals for their sterilization event. Not only was she chained but she also suffered from mange which is one of the most common skin diseases we see in dogs. Two months later, Maria has not only fully healed and grown back her beige-colored locks, but she has also been released from the chain.
