Russian Army Encircles Siversk, “West Plotting Russia Attack”, Putin To Meet Raisi, Erdogan In Iran

Russian troops have resumed shelling in Kharkiv, with some accounts reporting about four explosions. Russian and Russian-backed separatist forces are encircling the town of Siversk in Ukraine’s Donetsk region, TASS reported. A Russian emergencies ministry base is reportedly on fire in the occupied Ukrainian city of Melitopol. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s forces destroyed two Russian Nona-K artillery systems & an ammunition depot. Belarus president Alexander Lukashenko has said that the West is preparing to attack Russia via Belarus.
