German made bass by Otto Rubner imported in 1963. a wonderful bass at a really fair price. Maple neck perfectly aligned grain, external linings, Rubner brand stamp on heel. Excellent craftsmanship in this gamba shaped bass. Evenly spaced grain on top. Well cared for instrument. Versatile for pizz jazz or arco orchestra work.
