BJJ Mobility program for improving hamstring + spinal ROM

This is my mobility sequence I have been using over the years to develop my “head to toe” flexibility. Firstly - this is not medical advice. I suggest working with a physical therapist prior to attempting these exercises yourselves. Secondly - I was never this flexible. Not even close actually. I used to have chronic hip pain, significantly less hip ROM than most people, and also have an acetabular labral tear.
