Cheetah the CONFIGURBANIST is a toolkit for computational analysis and design of urban configurations, particularly targeted at improving walking & cycling accessibility. It has been released as a free plugin for Grasshopper3D, the algorithmic modeling environment for Rhinoceros. This is a proof-of-concept prototype for a GIS application. You can find the tools in the Grasshopper forum and the website Food-for-Rhino.
